3.3 Van Gogh Inspired Watercolor

Okay, here is my process for this assignment.
First I sketched some thumbnails to decide which way the lion's face should be and what colors to use.

Then I sketched it out lightly on my watercolor paper.
I added the lightest layers.

Then I added a detail, trying to imitate Van Gogh's short brush strokes in Stary Night.

I erased the masking fluid and added the darkest spots.
Tada!

Title: I'm Fiercer
Size: 9 3/4 x 8 in
Media: Water Color Paint and tiny bit of white gel pen
Portraying: A colorful lion.
A Note: Van Gogh created cheerful art during a sad time, that's what inspired my blue and orange.
